Delivery was awful. The packaging was poorly done for such an expensive meal. I ordered a sushi plate and yaki noodle plate. The sushi arrived directly on top of the hot udon, which cooked the raw fish. There were also lemon slices on top of the sushi, which cooked the raw fish. They didn't seem to give any thought to their delivery even though I paid a premium for their food (>$100 for the two dishes). This is two stars instead of one star since the yaki noodle tasted great.
I really wanted fish and seafood, thanks to Google maps they showed this place near my hotel. I liked everything very much - design, atmosphere, food. A fine selection of oysters from the east and west coasts, fish and other seafood both farm raised and wild. Anyone who loves this is highly recommended!
Update: Pass by this place multiple times a week on foot and there’s a lunch menu sitting out on display for promotion. Dude totally lied to my face.Weird experience here. Ordered at lunch time because there were two big signs that read “lunch special” out front and a huge stack of lunch menus as soon as you walk in the restaurant. The staff member I talked to told me that the sign was “misworded” and that the huge stack of lunch menus that were sitting there were old and not relevant anymore. There was a completely different set of prices on both menus and he went on to say, “the menus are pretty much the same anyway.” Seemed a lot like he was just trying to get my ticket total higher. Food was good but the interaction felt very dishonest and I won’t be back. If what he said was true, you should fix your signs as not to mislead people.
This is what $40+ of sushi looks like from this place…very paltry and not at all worth the price. Low quality and pathetically small. Don’t order delivery from here.
My go-to happy hour spot! Large menu so everyone is happy, decently priced and great happy hour deals. One of my favorites!
Been going here for years. Sushi is great. Service just ruins it. These guys should not be serving. They just don’t know better and are rude. If you have ten minutes left in happy hour, it’s happy hour but they don’t want to serve you. That the only time they stay away because the rest of the time the are trying to rush you out of there to turn the table. If I ask to start with soup and edamame don’t bring it with all the rest of my dishes. Bring that first and spread out the rest. And please do not come over a half dozen times to ask if I want more when I have not finished the huge platter I have, then stand over me and blatantly ask if I am going to get any more food or do I want the check. Love the food but not going back. I eat a lot, have a big bill and tip well. I’ll go somewhere where they want me to have good service as opposed to being rushed out because they want to close when it’s not even closing time.
Delicious food. Very clean. Both Indoor and Outdoor Dining available. Very nice servers. Laid back atmosphere. We had the Vegetable Tempura, Rice, Garlic Edamame, Avocado Roll, Cucumber Roll, Hot Green Tea and an Arnold Palmer Lemonade Tea. For desert we had the Tempura Ice Cream. Everything was delicious ?
Food was great! Got the tempura, Philadelphia roll, bang bang roll, and eel and avocado roll. All delicious!
For someone who doesn't like fish. They have some great massive beers and some damn good fried chicken.
Phenomenal service and sushi is amazing. Favorite little spot with a nice, quiet and relaxing vibe.
