The service was great. An Acai smoothie and Avacado toast. ?
I ordered a Large 800lb Gorilla and an everything avocado toast through their delivery option. When it arrived, it was a medium size and it was totally liquid and lacked any smoothie texture and also didn’t taste right. Very disappointed since I spent a pretty penny on it, although on a positive note the avocado toast was great.
We enjoyed our meal from S Sepulveda BLVD location so much we decided to grab another from the Culver City location… One word.. Delicious!
Updated:I filled out the form, and it looks like the charge for the missing item was reversed. Appreciate the response by the corporate team, although I wasn't notified and just happened to look on my statement two weeks later. (Just a note...I called the store about 10 times that day right after the incorrect order was delivered. I never post reviews and only did so because there seemed to be no other way to resolve this. Maybe need more employees if the phones aren't being answered?)Just moved to the area and have enjoyed Robeks a few times already. I hate putting one star, but I'm writing this in hopes it will be viewed by a manager/owner. I just received my delivery from Robeks and one of my items was missing (Almond Delight Bowl from Order #6099174170443779 placed on 12/4 at around 3:30pm through your website). I have been calling the store's listed number repeatedly, but no one is answering. Is there any way to get the amount for the missing item put back on my card? If you want a good evergreen juice?you have to go in the morning..because in the evening you going to get nothing but water and sugar..it happens to me many times.
