I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do In Person to place an order or you can place an order online. You can choosewhich side order you want like Chips or Apple. And if you download the Panera Bread App you can get points for a free meal.

I love this place especially the coffee membership. It's only $8.99 for a coffee a day and it works at any Panera location. Also the staff and management at this location go above and beyond to help their customers. My favorite foods to order here are the pecan braid, oatmeal cookie, breakfast sandwiches, and the chicken margarita pizza. So ?

Let me make this clear, Panera Bread on Jefferson in Culver City is THE WORST I've ever been to, and I've been to many. This one is close to one of the many meetings I'm involved in. The bakery service is awful. The last day I went there, and I do mean the last, there were 3 people behind the counter. The young man was working, the 2 young women "completely" ignored me, the only person waiting to be helped. When I said something, they continued their personal conversation, and then ask "what I wanted?" She worked the register with attitude and her hand on her hip. Not a "thank you" NOTHING.I immediately called the complaint line and my co workers.

They DO NOT cancel your orders when asked to. I placed an order a couple days ago with my credit card and I called to cancel it. I was told that it was cancelled, so when I picked up my order, I only had one bag which I expected. However, now that I checked my account, the cancelled order is posted. I called Panera and a male employee told me, "We cant help you, you have to call your bank" and hung up. I always buy from this Panera, but how disrespectful and rude!

Got salad order wrong. Was given a pre-made salad instead of customized ver, and due to dietary restrictions, half of meal wasn't edible. Soup was meh, stale bagel was lazily sliced, and apple was dusty, somehow. Only good thing was smoothie.

first time going to panera bread and got the “you choose 2” of mediterranean veggie and 10 veggie soup. it was delicious. i did ask for sourdough but they gave me tomato basil bread instead, but it was still good :)

I had to wait 10mins before someone came and took my order. When I provided my order the cashier who seems to be the night shift supervisor, confirmed my order but when I received it, one of the orders was incorrect. The same cashier stated that they're not allowed to alter one of the meals and mid sentence, just walked away. Came back and said, "I don't know what you want me to do". I stated that all I needed was clear communication and not for you to just walk away. He eventually apologized but after spending close to $100, I would prefer to have a better experience. Also, the family size chicken noodle soup is ridiculous, 90% is broth and there is barely any chicken in it.

AVOID!!! Horrible Staff..Worst experience at a Panera, first cashier Diamond, couldn't stop scratching her head, disgustingly, out of control scraching, then hands us our cups, every 10 seconds "what else". Airpods in her ear. When I came to receive my sandwich, i paid for a full. Sandwich and they gave me half, i asked and they insisted I only paid for half. Found my receipt and showed them and they gave me the other half, with literally a pinch of turkey, and maybe a spoonful of old black Avocado. I was not the only one, 2 other customers had issues. Highly disappointed.

Got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel and was made just the way i like it. Plenty of egg and bacon. The ham, egg and cheese on a Croissant was a bit overdone. Almost burned the bread.

This is a very good bakery and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the price is good. Food is excellent.
