Currently Tuesday, one day after mask mandates ended in CA for indoor. Just walked into a Panda Express location in Culver City was asked to leave after waiting in line for 14 minutes once it was my turn I got turned away. That’s not cool. Especially when delivery guys were in and out with no masks. Wasn’t cool, bad look.
Panda Express awesome the food delicious. Clean polite customer service.
Staff member gave small portion on honey walnut shrimp and chow mein.
They did not give me a fork. Apparently I was supposed to grab my own. Every other location has always put one in my bag. I had no way to eat my lunch and now I have to teach my students while hungry/angry.
They advertised free red envelopes on February 1st for Chinese New Year. “No purchase necessary. One per person.” I went in with my 2 kids and bought food. They refused to give me more than one envelope because they didn’t want to run out. Red envelopes are traditionally for the kids. How are you going to give me just ONE when I have my kids right there? I would have never gone in if I had known. Disappointed.
Everything is okay but they serve comparatively less than any other outlet! I feel the employees are too much sincere ??
Have definitely downsized their portions (containers are smaller) and raised their prices. Food was ok
Great!Note to self: order ahead online, then call to request no bags, sauce, etc. except for teriyaki sauce (with teriyaki chicken).
What you are charged does not equal the The quantity or quality Up the food
Super busy at lunch time which is understandable food was good except for the teriyaki chicken it tasted weird to me and it wasn't fresh the egg rolls are awesome tho even tho I had to wait more than 5 mins. Modesta had an attitude at the register she seemed frustrated when I asked for a small size kids cup unless I ordered a kids meal I could have paid for the difference so i asked for a water cup I told her don't get mad cause the line is long you need to calm down and be cool.
