I am writing this with hopes that it improves the service, attitude and professionalism at this Jersey mikes. A lot of blank faces, apathetic staff and not a good system in place to take orders. There were probably 10 people working with a few standing around at all times.Management is needed for this crew. Sandwich was good, but waited 10 minutes, had to ask twice and staff member gave it to another customer first.
Always fresh nade to order.....staff ALWAYS courteous and pleasent....no problem with gift cards....I am ???
Quick, friendly service and the subs here are top notch! Better than Subway or any other chain sandwich shop around. Believe me. I've tried them all.
I love this place. They have the best hot and cold subs. The regular Italian always tastes so fresh and delicious. It is my favorite. I also like their Big Kahuna, a cheese steak with mushrooms.
Worst service. Rude, unprofessional. Worker ("Emily") actually told us that we could "wait another 5 hours" after we pointed out (after waiting over 30 minutes after our online order was supposed to be ready) the sandwich that she made was wrong. Also, workers and manager ("Jennifer") don't seem to know how to wear a mask correctly. Don't go to this restaurant!

Food was typical Jersey Mike's tasty, service was mostly good, though not quite as friendly and helpful as the Calabasas location where I usually go.
You let us stand in line for 10 mins before announcing that you are out of bread? How about posting a sign at the door so that we don’t all waste our time?A sandwich shop out of bread.
Incredibly slow. Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Took 30 minutes after I arrived to the store. They have 5 people working but only one making sandwiches. Pretty disorganized operation. Don’t expect quick service at this particular location.
