Says dining room opens at 6AM is 9AM and they are not letting ppl inside
As good as you can expect with any fast food major chain. The drive through worker was rude. It was clear he hates his job and hated taking orders.
The staff here are always friendly and quick to get you your food with a smile. Managers are very professional and make sure other staff are doing their job properly.
My burger was poorly wrapped it was a jumbo jack with cheese the bun was not placed the way it was to many paper towel were in my bag
I ordered a #10 spicy chicken was super undercooked to the point you couldn't eat it brought it back no refund instead they gave me a burnt chicken sandwich tasted like it was freaser burned now I'm hungry annoyed and 8 dollars broker
Bad... really bad half hour in the drive tru for simple orders of tacos and a shake and the order was short one taco it's really funny bad not a good service
Waited on line more than 20 minutes drive thorough asking for chicken sandwich the person taking orders said we don't have them.i was very disappointed.
Management is amazing but the staff could care less. Cashier's could definitely use a touch up on not to be on your phone while the customer is taking the order right in front of you. I'm usually not a stickler for following all the rules but it stops when customers have to suffer gross negligence.
Hadn't been here in 12 years and it was everything I hoped for. I hate thst ohio doesn't have jack!!!
