Holy expensive for not much better than McDonald’s quality. But this store is extra badTerrible service from all employeesDrink machines all out of service. They made us buy bottled water.

Just go to another location .horrible service.you’re definitely going to watch the staff behind the counter mess around.and don’t even bother calling ahead or ordering for pick up.done it multiple times and each time they don’t even start the order until I show up.this place feels like it’s everyone’s first day at work and they have no idea how to be polite or do any customer service

RIP-OFF PLACE! NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID!I came to this Five Guys located at 6000 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230, in Westfield mall in Culver City.I looked at the meny and saw that a hamburger costs $9.59 so I ordered it and asked for combo (fries & Coke) and was expected to pay around $13, like it use to cost on at Mc Donald or Burger King. But the price ended up $19.38!!! This is a RIP-OFF place!! $5.39 for fries?? WOW!! That's insane!! (See the receipt in pictures). The hamburger was delicious but the fries were very bad, oily, soft, hard and some were overcooked. After complaining they changed the fries but I didn't noticed any difference. While sitting there and eating I realized that I couldn't call anyone as the playing music in the premises was far too loud! Extreamly annoying load music that just continued. I classified it as harmful noise pollution! This was LAST TIME I PUT MY FOOT IN A FIVE GUYS! RIP-OFF PLACE! NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID!

Worst burger experience, staff completely disinterested and no knowledge about ingredients and allergens at all. Every dollar spent was a waste.

$50 for two burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The soda machine was out of carbonation and the syrup was weak, basically paid $10 for water. Bad.

Good food, but way to expensive. However, I do like all the options and that everything is cooked fresh, on the spot!

Best burger in Culver City. Hands down.

$9 for a cheeseburger a it was soggy trash. I tried it because so many people want to say it's better than In-N-Out. It's better than nothing. In-N-Out and Habit are way better; I'd even rather have McDonald's. Such a build up to be so disappointed. And the wait was over 20 MINUTES and it wasn't even crowded and there were 5 employees dealing with the food!

Don't order online. Just go into the location and order directly.Me and 3 friends all ordered separate orders online before driving over to the location 15 minutes later, arriving when half of our orders said to pick. We were expecting to wait a few more minutes but somehow all of the customers that came in over the next 10 minutes, ordered, got their food and left.We thought that we'd get our food faster because we ordered our food before heading to the store, but that's not what happened. We waited a total of about 45 minutes for 4 burgers and some fries, while the customers that walked in and ordered in person waited about 10-15 minutes.

Came here on 11/9/2021. First of all the cashier seemed totally miserable, I get we are in a pandemic but come on where's your customer service? They forgot bacon and cheese on my burger. Burger had little to no toppings, they were just threw on there. Spoke to the manager she didn't seem to care at all. This place needs a reality check.
