AMAZING food and the ambiance/service was great!!! I would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful food! Beautiful to look at and so tasty - lots of great options

Food and service was great as always

Came into the restaurant wasn’t too busy our server was Jacob the first round of rolls came out super fast put in a second order waited 30-40 mins for the next set to come out after that he just laid the check on the table never checked on us never asked if we needed anything or wanted anything else. Service was awful!

Overpriced and disappointing. Will not be going back

I made a reservation for 6pm for two people on Tuesday, 7/5, through OpenTable for a date night. Imagine my embarrassment when we showed up and the restaurant was completely closed. No note on the door or anything. We ended up driving around trying to find something else to eat at the last minute at peak dinner time.

Service was terrible. They didnt have the staff to run a late dinner. Our waitress had to bartend as well. Seems like all the attention was on the bar in the alley. Took 20 minutes to get a drink and an appetizer with hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Pretty disappointed by the gluten free menu. When I asked about whether or not there was a risk of cross contamination with a pan fried item, the sever informed me that it did not share oil but contained ingredients that had "just a little bit of gluten". That made me very wary and mistrustful of the dining experience despite my server then being alerted to my allergy. The bottom line is the menu is not gluten free. And it was now unclear why certain items were in it and also why other menu items that did not appear to contain gluten were not included in it. It seemed somewhat arbitrary. This dinner was also a very special occassion with my girlfriend who planned the evening. She had called in advance to check about a gluten free menu out of consideration for my allergy - I had also gotten some kind of exposure the week before and had a very bad time with it. So it kind of just put a cloud of worry over the evening that was supposed to be a nice night out. And it was very frustrating since she had done all the right research going into the evening. So all this is to say I think this restaurant could be a very nice place to eat for a Celiac if they were just willing to really put in the work to evaluate what menu items can be truly gluten free and do a thorough job of marking the menu or making a GF free one. Restaurants have had to be considerate of allergies for quite some time now but a lot still struggle with gluten for some reason, perhaps because we don't go into anaphylactic shock, but the consequences of exposure can be quite severe and long-term, as they have been for me.And if you are unprepared to accommodate, that's fine. We can make other choices about where we go. It was just very annoying to be told one thing and then find out that the regulation was not quite up to snuff after we were already there.

Our hostess Mina was super welcoming and accommodating. We started off with the yuzu ginger edamame, and finished with the spectacular California roll. From start to finish every bite was amazing and the atmosphere and music were great.

Food was fine but could've been better. Would be willing to try it again.
