Absolutely disgusting ?. The chicken breast meat for the pollo bowl was old. It tastes like old meat that was re-warmed up after who knows how long. It was dry and extremely sour and oily.The burrito must have been rolled by someone who hates its/her/she/he/him/they job. After I unwrapped it, everything just fell out.The guacamole was sour and tasted awful.Don’t order delivery food. You’ll get the worst service. $28 for a disgusting pollo bowl, 1 order of tortillas and a disgusting avocado burrito, service fee and delivery? I expect better quality food.
It is incredible how such a terrible customer service keep this pollo loco franchise still open, i was driving by and decided to take “drive thru service”. It is thrusday may 12th at 3:45pm Marisela and Dulce on both windows to take payment and to deliver order. They were rolling their eyes at me when ordering obviously tired of working on something that makes them feel miserable. If customer does not feel welcome then it will not comeback, im sorry for them but will take my business somewhere else.
I wish I could rate them no stars because they're so rude for no reason. They act like they don't want to serve you. I just joined the rewards app because it says you get a free chips and guac and she just said no to me because she didn't know how to do it. She couldn't even get the manager for me. So no stars realistically. Never going back
The employees saw that there was a line forming and decide to take their time getting another cashier.When we finally got our food I noticed 2 thin small slices of avocado in the double chicken salad bowl. I decided to go and ask the employees if that was all the avocado that came with the tostada bowl. I very rude girl with reddish hair and a bunch of tattoos looked at me and with an attitude told me,"Yup, unless you want to pay for more." She is the reason why I am giving the place 2 stars.Look I understand having a bad day but there is a way to talk to people and it doesn't work when you talk down to someone with an attitude. That is not good customer service.The food was good.
I'm only giving it a 4 because their Birria caldo taste like water, no flavor at all. But overall staff is pretty friendly a d their food is good. Please stick with chicken only.
Food is really good. Prices are fair for real fresh food. Like not processed food. And it tastes good. I get the chicken bowls. Alot of food for 10 bucks

This location barely gives any food. My salad was practically empty. Hardly any lettuce.
Used drive-thru today and ordered a 2 piece meal with tortillas. Only glanced at the bag and saw the chicken and 2 sides. Got to my work and saw no tortillas or utensils! Guess I am supposed to eat with my fingers :( . Moral of the story, double check your bag! They are set to rush orders and can miss things. I need my tortillas!
I LOVE this El Pollo Loco! The staff are always very friendly and attentive and the food is great every time I eat here. In Birmingham, AL we had an El Pollo Loco but I never tried it and now I know that I was missing out! My favorite I get each time is the pollo bowl. It has the perfect amount of chicken, beans, and rice with spices it is truly delicious.
