I had a bad first experience at this location. This location has poor customer service. I walked into this location on 4/3/2022 around 8 am and was greeted by the security at the door. As I approached the counter to make an order, the cashier saw me walking toward the register and didn’t acknowledge me; instead, she proceeded to step behind to coffee equipment where her coworker was making drinks to have a loud, long personal conversation while laughing. I waited for a few minutes to see if the cashier would return, but she didn’t and continued her conversation. By this time, two customers were standing in line waiting to be helped. I proceeded to say you have customers waiting, and the male staff, whom the cashier was chatting and laughing with, said in a very rude tone, “we are back here doing orders.” At this time, the cashier came back to the register to take my order. This situation could have been handled better if they acknowledged me as a customer or said we’ll be with you in a minute, instead of seeing a customer and having a loud personal conversation while customers are waiting to be helped.

too good donuts, super friendly staff, my daughter and I loved it too much??

First, the parking spaces are way too close together and my mid size car was inches away from the cars on either side. Secondly the order was wrong even when I asked for verification that it was all there, the person making drinks said: “yep it’s all there.” In any case I was missing two drinks which I didn’t realize because my wife placed the order. Then when I called customer service to try and get credited (because the store can’t do that) they were closed on Sunday’s. I guess I’ll stick with Starbucks.

They are slow in making orders. You'll be waiting more than 5 mins for your order. If you order mobile good luck trying to get any help if you come in to get it, might as well do curbside.

They're really nice and they always get my food to me quickly.

Food is good here I got a grilled cheese and I was very happy it tasted pretty good the employees were very nice and professional which is very important for me

I hadn't been to Dunkin donuts in a while. They've gotten high tech with their ordering. I came here for a free cup of coffee and they didn't disappoint... Well almost. I'm not sure how or why but they put the sugar last on iced coffee so the sugar is just chilling right on top of the ice! Had to go back and get more packets and that took a while cuz they're just so focused on the high tech production line they're falling short on the good old fashioned customer service.

They aren't even really open yet and only have takeout. Sad, we wanted to have breakfast here

Worst curbside pickup experience. This is the second time we've had this same exact issue. We purchased through curbside and enter the car but for some reason the app doesn't keep the car information to put on the receipt. Of course that is an issue with the app not with this location. It's still annoying but that's not their fault. What is their fault is how they handle this issue. This time my husband waited at curbside pickup for about half an hour (the last time it was about 40 minutes) before he reached out to an employee. He asked someone who was sweeping about his order status. Her response was to say it was probably the order sitting on the counter and then she walks away but doesn't assist further. The whole point of curbside pickup is so you don't have to go inside. My husband had to go inside to find out about the order. There was only one order there and my husband's car was the only one there for majority of the half hour. My husband asks the employee about this and he simply says that they don't pay attention to parking lot even if there is an order sitting there for half an hour. They only take the orders out that have a car listed on the receipt regardless of there being an issue with the app.I called the location and it literally took 6 calls before someone answered. Turns out that employee my husband spoke to was the manager. He did not seem to have any concern about a car waiting for half an hour or how they handle curbside pickups without cars listed on the receipt. He basically said it's not their problem and they don't take any effort to take orders out if they don't show the car details and they will also not go to the cars in the curbside pickup spots to ask if the order is theirs. He didn't even say anything about there clearly being an issue with the app and maybe they should take that into consideration on how they handle curbside pickups moving forward. The food was obviously cold and the cold foam that we paid extra for was gone and mixed into the drink. It's bad enough this happened once but it happening a second time, the employee sweeping not being helpful at all, and then the manager responding the way he did just made it even worse.

Ordered delivery a couple times and usually missing an item, this time no apple fritter...and my egg sandwich wasn't on an English muffin.
