We had a really great experience at City Tavern yesterday - I made a reservation for 12, but it actually ended up being 15 people and they were SO helpful in accommodating the change at the last minute. Our server was wonderful too, super attentive for such a large group. We barely had to wait for drink refills, etc. Thank you, CT!
The patio is a great place for dinner. Sunny and warm. The food is much better than your regular bar food with healthy and not-so-healthy options for everyone, but could still be better. Service was outstanding.
Excellent burgers! The french fries are really good too. The bartenders were really nice. The service was also great. Low key vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back.
My cousin, husband, and I had a wonderful time at City Tavern on Sunday. The prices were pretty reasonable compared to other brunches I've been to. All the portion sizes were large and very delicious. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you want have good food and a great time.

It was great. CT offers a diverse ranges of items - all tasty. Our favorites - the steak salad and CT burger. Everyone on the staff is fabulous - such a great energy and very attentive.
This was our first visit to City Tavern. The place is as the name implies. It's where you go for a good beer and a bite to go with it. They had a long list of beers on tap and burgers (and a few other things) to go with it. We both had burgers -- a Beyond Burger for her (with Caesar salad) and an everything burger for me (with fries). It was all very good and, if time permitted, I would have had another beer. But, we were going to the Kirk Douglas Theater next door which, by the way, entitled us to 10% off the bill. Nice deal!
Great place for brunch after a morning walk. Excellent service and nice craft beer tap list.
T is our favorite waiter! We always love sitting outside. We love all the fun yummy drinks too.
