I tried 3 different times to order on the app. It couldn't understand I was in a different location than my regular location even though I selected it. It said repeatedly that the item (my saved steak salad) wasn't available, ok, but wouldn't remove it so I could try something else. Out of time, I had to resort to French fries from McDonald's whose app had no problem figuring out I was in a different location not ordering any of my favorites.
My dish didn't even make it to my house before the bag spread open bcus it was soaked. I asked the guy not to put liquid in it and to drain every item and it's almost as if I told them to add more water to it. When I picked up the bag everything came out onto my car, my consul, my lap and my food was upside down. You guys have got to use better containers for takeout. I understand you want to use biodegradable for the environment but there are better containers out there than what you guys use. This is ridiculous. I want to eat my food; not wear it!!!! So angry !!!!

Our go to Chipotle. I eat here atleast once a week. This location has been plagued by problems for the past year; empty ingredient containers, they fixed that. Understaffed, fixed. Poor quality meats/ingredients, off and on. Now their register is broken. Hope they recover from their turbulant troubles.
They make beautiful burritos, and the food quality is excellent. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I loved the ambiance.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited... hands down!! The lack of professionalism and poor communication from employees is just the tip of the iceberg. My order is usually wrong because it’s missing a key ingredient half the time. There’s been times when I’ve had to wait 10 extra minutes for my online orders. No apologies from any of the staff, and when I point out any mistakes (professionally of course), one of them usually tries to talk over me. At least take the time to hear out the customer before you jump to conclusions... whatever happened to customer service. My lowest point over there was just a few weeks ago when I ordered something and they left out the guacamole again, and to make things worse, I bit into a sharp object that made my mouth bleed. They tried to downplay it when I brought my order back and quickly rushed to make me a new one and get me out of there.
I ordered the new brisket bowl through delivery. When it got to my place I got a bowl filled with only rice and beans. I’ve tried calling the restaurant multiple times to correct it, but no one picks up.
Skimped on the guac, was messy, and all the lemonade/aqua fresca basins were empty
