I went in and they started my meal and then after they were made meal they told me they were out completely out of cheese. They need to have a sign if they're going to be out of an ingredient on the front door before you start ordering.

Their customer service is trash ! I went in this evening about 7ish ...i asked for a chicken quesadilla...i was told that I had to order a chicken quesadilla online only????...although they had the ingredients and the machine/equipment they could not take my quesadilla order over the counter ?...and they do not honor the mask mandate being dropped... RIDICULOUS i very barely like Chipotle as it is but I will never give this particular store another dime ! no matter my predicament ...my 1st & last time here ! Just an overall negative experience and a overall negative vibe from the staff ! If my options weren't limited tonight (no car & 30 lunch break) i'd left !

What you see is what you get. Friendly, quick service. Healthy, tasty food, reasonable prices.

Ordered a veggie bowl and got a piece of chicken on top of it. Threw away $8. Also about 20% of the time you go here they will be missing a hot sauce

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Chipotle. Started by waiting for 10 minutes and only one customer in front of me new employee was new not his fault. Both managers were up front and neither acknowledged me at all. After finally having my turn to be serviced the new guy was so confused on how to prepare my bowl. (Even tho I was telling him what I wanted)The worst BOWL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD.Will never go back!!!!

Ordered takeouts from this place. The steak cubes were sadly burned to an extent that it became inedible. The rice had too much water and became mushy. Had to throw out the bitter/tough beef as I don’t think it is good for my health. Pretty disappointed and hope they could have better quality control.

The corn seem old. The experience here overall was not friendly.

Terrible service. I was waiting in the pick up zone patiently until someone came over after fixing bowls/charging from people in line. I didn’t want to interrupt and I didn’t see my order on the shelf. So I waited. Keep in mind the staff saw me. As I am waiting up for the online order I picked up. A white woman comes in and stands next to me. We both waited about 5-8 minutes but I was there waiting 3 minutes before she arrived. The chipotle girl asked the white lady what was the name for her order and goes to the back to get it. I was there first and was not acknowledged. Then the chipotle lady ask me what was my order and said it’s coming out right now. So someone else comes out with her and brings it out. So I said the name it was under with what I ordered. Then the chipotle lady said she needs to see confirmation first. If your going to take names take names. But if you are going to ask me for confirmation you need to ask all everyone else. No one should be treated better than the other. I’m spending my money here as well. Then to have someone go before me if not right when I was there first. But hey not all people are smart. By the way the corn was very bland with frozen onions. The Corn was definitely frozen and not fresh.

Pico de Gallo not fresh, guac bland.
