The reason for not five stars is because their respect for others lies on the floor they walk on.I was there 10 minutes to 9pm last night (8:50pm) when supposed they close at 9 pm. They saw me pull up, and immediately they locked the door. Fortunately, they keep the drive/ thru open. I ordered a vanilla shake which came with whipped cream mixed in with some lint. I also bought 2 burgers and some fries. When I opened the bag there one one criss cut fry on top of the napkins followed by the burgers and the fries on the side, I tried the fry on top and tasted good although it had most likely fallen on floor because there was crunchy dirt and lint with it, and now in my mouth. I saw those people manning that place. I’m not going back there… a trio of Dolts,
My whole order was luke warm. Better be glad im hungry and tired.
This Carl's is pretty good. We had to go through the drive thru, which I don't like because the inside was closed. I consider that just lazy.But the food was very good, just as I expected. We love their burgers and fries.What I don't like is having to go through the bag to make sure you added the sauces you asked me if I wanted and I said yes. Now, that is not good so get it together.The food was hot and very good.
The afternoon crew were friendly and courteous. Only reason not 5 stars as the location wasn't in the cleanest areas. Homeless were in parking lot and tried coming in but the manager handled them with the utmost respect.
I am customer .When I ask for use restroom.Nicole W do not want all customers use restroom.Even I Waite 30 min.And rude too.
This is one of the most efficient Carl's Jr I've been to. Carl's service is usually slow but this place was the opposite. the only downside was the onion rings weren't crunchy but the chicken club was great
Out of all fast food burger joints, Carl's Junior is by far my favorite. The burgers are big and taste really good. I am from Alabama and we have Hardee's there and I always ate there when I am craving a good burger or even chicken strips. The company's food is of much higher quality than the other people who are in this same food chain space.

Drink cup has weird film on outside, katchup packs dirty AND 2 BROKEN TOILETS. Wish I would have not given them my money. Dirty tables, stale air. Gross
There is a hair in my food. I am calling the restaurant and no one ever answers. This is the second time I’ve gone to this restaurant only to leave with issues with my food. I will never return to this disgusting place again. But I will be in to get my money back for this mess. I will be reporting this to corporate. This restaurant needs to be inspected and evaluated for competence and cleanliness; including sanitary procedure.
