Great service from the staff. Friendly and kind! Excellent food. Cheese steak sandwich is fire!!!! Worth every penny. Fresh, hot, delicious food at a reasonable price.
Manager does not cover her nose when preparing food. When I pointed it out, she laughed. She thinks killing people is funny. I paid $25 for a sandwich that was devoid of toppings. When I complained and took the sandwich back, the manager and general manager REFUSED to look at the sandwich. They kept saying the toppings were there. I asked them to point out the toppings to me, and they refused! Because the toppings weren't there and they were being really unprofessional and shady. They made fun of my physical disability laughing about my body movements. Terrible, awful people and place.
The sandwiches are good but the service is horrible. The last two times I have placed an order online and showed up when it was supposed to be ready, they hadn’t even begun making my sandwich. And this was not a hussy time of day. In fact, there was no one else there.
I'm so in love with their sandwiches. They have the best menu and the service staff here are super nice.
Your Employees refused to take my order 30mins before closing.
I've never had a bad sandwich from Capriotti's until I went to the Sepulveda location. This was my first and only time at this location. I ordered The Bobbie (as I have at other locations because it was always amazing!) But when I was eating the sandwich at home, I discovered I was chewing on these sharp slinters of bone from the turkey :( Not cool at all. Also there was a huge chewy fatty piece of skin from the turkey that I had such a gross experience of gagging on and pulling out of my mouth. Whoever cut the turkey did a terrible job. Please don't give your customers bones and huge pieces of fat in their sandwiches! People want the meat of the turkey, that should go without saying. Come on, Sepulveda employees. Please do better.

The Capastrami sub was amazing
