Rarely do I write reviews, but felt it necessary in this case as I have given this particular Fish Grill many opportunities to get it right. I kid you not, every single time I've gone there, they've gotten my order wrong. Not once has it been correct despite the fact that the order on the receipt is accurate. I am really struggling to understand. Food is aight, accuracy is the absolute worst.
Rosemary-zucchine returned and brussel sprout returned. Very dry and cold☹️
Gave it two tries .. and both times their medium salmons were WELL done.. this mcdonaldization of salmons isn't working. Not even debatable .. like completely well-done /overcooked .. despite giving you the optionality to choose medium (which I did).
Had a date night with the hubby dinner & movie. Got the dinner to go from fish grill got to the movies and the order was wrong? turn around and went back they where closing ?? Manager came out told him what happened? he said I got you. When I say he help us out so good ? thanks Chris and I will be going back. I wish I could of eaten the food but my hubby and son loved it. Beware. This place will consistently not put your full order in your bag. They pretend to check your order, but they don’t. Today I got a salmon salad. Check bags before I left. Conveniently, the greens were set aside in the counter and when I asked, they suddenly “discovered” it. The apology was non-existent.We go there to try to eat relatively healthy, but the service is sketchy at best. We all make mistakes, but when the same “mistakes” happen, it becomes part of the cultural DNA.No bueno.

I went to this location for lunch today and ordered the fried swai because I enjoyed it so much at the Palmdale location, but it was not at all the same, more batter than fish, fish was fatty, and it was extra greasy. I could not even eat the fish.
My first time here. The menu selections are all very appetizing. The wait wasn’t too long and the service was friendly and accommodating! If you are going to spend your money on crap, try the healthier option! Very, very good food!!!
