Average Taste and QualityHigh Price and No Free Dipping SauceBut Great Customer Service

Burger was good but small in size. Onion rings were mediocre. Staff was friendly n courteous and very deserving of raises!

We love this place! The burgers are delicious and the service is even better! Billy, the cashier who took our order tonight, was so nice and sweet!

Grass fed really does make a huge difference. Everything from the bun to the slight crispness on the edges of the meat just makes this one of the best burgers around. The onions rings are also freaking delicious.

The lounge burger with grilled onions is the best. The onion rings are great too!

Ordered the BL Ancient Grain Burger, Plant-based Flora Lounge Burger, and half Onion Rings-Half fries. The onion rings were crispy and fries were okay. ? The burger was disappointingly cold! ? ? I have two stars because I appreciate the plant-based options but they should take more time to ensure that the burgers are nice and warm!

Food prepared exactly as requested. Service was exceptional. Mgr. Jamal gave that added extra touch to make it memorable.

Not only was the food great, as usual from this chain, but these guys are SUPER friendly and engaging, it was as if I was at a friend's house for burgers and beer.I'll definitely hit this place again, and again.

It was empty my friend wanted me to try it, we went to culver city location everyone was kind. The onion rings several had no coating they were soggy. If you love onion rings best to choose fries they were yummy, the lemonade was worth a trip lavender and mint?

Delicious Vegan Options including Vegan Burgers, Vegan Shakes and Vegan Floats. The Half Fries/Half Onion Ring Combo is Great too. It's a Calm, Laid Back & Comfortable Atmosphere. Friendly Helpful Staff. Very clean and sanitary Dining Area and Restrooms. Both Indoor & Outdoor Dining Available. Located in Downtown Culver City Post Office Area. Near Chase Bank, Kirk Douglas Theater & Sony Studios. Yummy?
