The girls here are so sweet. The first dirty horchata they made was a bit watery and I let them know and they made it again for me without a problem. Seemed like one batch of horchata just didn't have as much cinnamon in it so they used a different batch. Great customer service!
Great boba spot at the Platform in Culver City. Wide selection, great service and quick to get you your drink. Only downside is folks meandering through the menu as they get up to the register.
i was really disappointed with my drink from here :( i LOVE boba guys but this was the first time at this specific location. my drink was warm and barely had any ice in it. the oat milk was super flakey and weird looking. overall it just tasted watered down and a bit off
Stopped in with family yesterday and we all loved our Boba drinks! Definitely recommend. Also love that the menu clearly states all ingredients- makes ordering for a child much easier.
I love boba guys and have gone to at least 5+ different locations across the country but this is so far the most inconsistent one. The matcha latte was overly sweetened and the size of tapioca is smaller
Their tea is very thin, it taste like milk mixed with a lot of water and some syrup. Price a little high as well. Got a large milk boba tea for 6.8
They dont have cookies and cream with boba. Every boba place should have cookies and cream with boba. This is a tea only place.
Strawberry matcha is really really good will be back soon and often
I will admit that the banana boba was the best I’ve ever had, but it gave me terrible stomach cramps and I don’t have any intolerances. I reckon it was bad hygiene. So much for their mandatory mask policy (post LA’s lifting)!
This place is good overall but I think the drinks are missing a lot of flavor I got the classic black milk tea it was okay but it was not very sweet and was missing flavor so if you try it I would recommend 75 percent sugar.
