Extremely slow and frustrating service. I have never seen any other fast food restaurant ever run as leisurely and ineffectivly.Person (long hear and a cross tattooed on their cheek) that was serving me was more interested in being a comedian than anything. Was making loud comments across the room that made it hard to hear. Plus they where not wearing a mask which meant all his spittle dropped onto the toppi g bar. MOST IMPORTANTLY he jokingly stated that some toppings were a "dollar extra" which was extemely confusing. When I got my pizza I asked for condiments. They acknowledged me but did not give me any. I had to ask two other separate employees until I received them.Blaze Inc. should seek new genrral management for this location.Pizza also mid. Don't eat here.
First time we ordered online delivery, everything was great. Second time, the bottom and outer edge of one pizza was completely incinerated and inedible. Third time, one pizza was missing one of the toppings and there was a problem with the delivery. Contacting the store by phone was impossible. The call went to a fax machine. Calling an offsite number didn't help, as they could not contact the store either.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews. But I got frustrated when I ordered my pizza, and when it showed up was not what I ordered. They told me they would resend my order which was what I thought a reputable company would do… then for some reason, I got a phone call that my order was cancelled and would not be coming. When I called to inquire as to why I was pushed off to one person, then the next, then the next. Ultimately they just wanted to let me know that I could not be helped. Ultimately I felt like they just wanted to ping pong me around until I gave up. In the end they got my money, and I didn’t get the product I paid for
Very good crew they have there. At first I was very annoyed by a customer in front of me. Well her kid actually on how the kid is acting out and the parent ain't checking her kid for acting a fool. Then we where helped by female employee. I believe she was new at work. I was kinda annoyed as well until I realized she was new and she was trying to keep up with the work flow. She did ok I guess she still not comfortable yet. But she will get there pretty soon. The support the team was showing her. She will do great. The team that they got there are great. Alot team work being done there. It also gots to do with the team lead or manager in that place. Keep up the great job guys. You guys are awesome.
I ordered a one-topping pepperoni online. The pickup time said 9:15 but I had to wait over 10 minutes extra. I should’ve opened and checked the box before leaving because there were artichokes and jalapeños on the pizza too, when the ONLY topping I had requested was pepperoni. The pizza was over cooked and leathery, and they really skimped on the pepperoni. The pesto drizzle sauce that I had requested was also missing. I thought I’d give this place a chance, but I was really disappointed, so I’ll take my business elsewhere for better quality.
We had completely given up on Blaze Pizza after more than one bad experience at the Beverly Grove location. We saw this location at Sepulveda and Washington in Culver City and thought we would give it another try. We are back in love with Blaze!! Fresh, fast and great pizza!!! It is a little further drive for us but definitely will be back to this location!!
Great service but ran out of most toppings at 8pm when we were there. It wasn't my ideal pizza but good.
It’s hit or miss with this location depending on who’s staffing the store that day. Can be great fast courteous service. Or you can be treated as a nuisance. However food is consistently good. Good luck
The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and gave our group of 3, the best pizzas and service. Not sure of his name but I believe another employee called him Brian. I hope he gets noticed as he knew how to make a pie. Not often a younger than me, person impresses me enough with social skills. I wanted the tip to go only to him but they split them. Hope others recognize this young man and line his pockets with cash that may be found on the floor, hint hint.
They only gave me bread, ricotta, and Italian sauces. I asked about the pesto pasta they straight up my face said it’s … i asked if I could have extra pesto… they said they don’t have pesto.. I only taste bread cheese
