To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. On a long hot day of shopping myself and two friends decided to pop in for a nice icy cold drink and a few sides to share. We were seated straight away as they were pretty quite and waited to be served. The wait continued for over 35mins, we tried to wave down a waiter who looked straight at us as he worked past looking straight at us. We decided to leave and as we were walking out the girl at the front desk waved us goodbye and said to us to have a lovely evening, I responded saying “thank you and just so you know, no one served us”……No clue!!!!!

Delicious food ? enjoy the cuisine

ALWAY'S LIKE COMING TO BJ'S FOR A SEAT AT THE BAR OR DINE IN WHILE CATCHING SPORTS ON ONE OF THE FLATSCREENS

Don’t dine here, horrible experience. It was a 30 min wait to get seated, once seated no one came to offer us any drinks or take our order. After 25 min of seating without any service we asked the host who our server was and we could see that none of the servers wanted to take our table. Finally a waiter came by and started taking our order with horrible customer service so we asked if we could speak to the manager. He supposedly went to get the manager but after waiting another 5 min he never came back and continued to help other customers. I went to ask if he had contacted the manager and he simply said he was busy. We just decided to leave after that. It was suppose to be a special dinner celebrating my mothers birthday and it got ruined.

Probably the worst service I have ever had at BJ’s restaurant in my entire life. Service was exceptionally slow and poor. Ordered Potstickers and no one told our waitress they had run out. Got our meal first. Wasn’t offered another appetizer. Took forever to get our meal on the table. Took for ever for the dessert which by the way was an over cooked pizzookie. The funny thing was the waitress knew we had been waiting for a long time she kept apologizing for the horrible service yet never made up for it. Oh well, won’t be stepping back in this establishment ever again.

I went to BJ's in Culver City for Lunch. I had the club Flatbread pizza with Lemon pepper boneless wings. I also had a sparkling sangria. Great place for lunch. The place was practically empty.

I ordered online for delivery service and it was horrible. The delivery driver wasn’t the problem it was the food. I received it cold and my steak was not what I ordered. I asked for well done & I got medium well. My loaded baked potato was not even fully cooked. They put melted butter in the same to go cup as my sour cream and my fries were cold & disgusting.

good food too. sports galore

I've never experienced a good or even pleasant visit here. Maybe it's the fact that the staff doesn't understand they need to provide positive customer service. Or the fact that the food needs to arrive to the table warm and not over cooked. At my resent visit the waiter Lawrence was exceptionally rude/negligent. When we ordered he seemed bothered not only by our order but the fact that my kids were with me. But he completely forgot my kids and my husband's drink, never came to refill any of the waters he didn't forget. Then the kitchen gave my kids moldy fruit over cooked food. Not to mention the fact that my husband got completely charred piece of meat, he couldn't even bite through it. I had what you would call a bland flavorless grilled chicken Alfredo. How you mess up Alfredo is beyond me. The Supreme nachos was a complete joke had barely any meat or cheese.Get better cooks and staff.

I ordered my food on line at 5pm and scheduled it for a 6pm pick up. I arrived at 5:58 and had to wait until 6:20 to get my lukewarm food to go. Speaking to the manager was useless waste of time. No update from their on line order process to say there was a problem or backlog on orders. Will not return to the Fox Hills Culver City location.
