I was in the restaurant last night they are hands down short staffed, It was Coupon Day So it was very packed. The manager (Alicia i believe) was very professional, got her hands in everything. Literally taking orders helped in drive-through and preparing food,while others were taking their time. Real definition of leadership. I sure hope she gets recognized and is getting paid enough.
The trays are smaller and make sure you tell them to put the sauce on the side cause if not they will drench your food in teriyaki sauce which makes it very sweet n bitter n salty. Over all this place is ok not bad. Just a lil bit of smaller portions.
Rude and unprofessional the shift manager needs to get fired !!! Food is not that great orange chicken was cold and meat was nasty !!! Worse place to eat !
Girl at the window was rubbing her nose when she was doing orders and drink's and touching everything she also didn't know what she was doing had to repeat myself again and again and food missing from my order definitely won't come here again
Place never gets my order right given them so many chances and yet still something is alway missing from my order or they would give me the wrong thing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!

The reason I give two stars is because I think the manger, I’m not very sure who she is but she was being very rude to the other employees who were just trying to talk. She said “is there a reason why your talking? No? Then stop talking” me and my family over heard it and just wow they shouldn’t be treated like little kids. She should learn to treat other employees with more respect. Food is good though I wonder why their closing early.
I ask for teriyaki sauce cause instead of lemon sauce cause I don't like that souce and Manager didn't authorize the substitution for the source and charged me for the teriyaki sauce. I don't recommend this place
Instead of being rude and turning customers away because of no mask, why don't you offer them a mask. I noticed this location has poor reviews and now I know why.
