It's kind of surprising that you can find the best teriyaki place in the SGV just behind a Yoshinoya Beef place (ick!) but that's where you will find The Spot - a hole in the wall serving up the tastiest teriyaki sauce around. Not sure if they are related to the late, great Spike's Teriyaki that used to be on that corner, but they have dutifully stepped in and kept us locals happy.The diversity of their menu is also a big plus. While they do traditional chicken and beef teriyaki, the menu offers you a lot of other options like burgers, fries, bowls of all sizes full of teriyaki goodness, etc.The staff are nice people and they work fast! You won't be left waiting a lot time even for big orders. They work efficiently and serve up fresh, delicious food. You also get a cultural mix of Mexican treats, including Coke from south of the border with actual sugar in it.All in all, a wonderful fast-service place for some delicious eats. Enjoy!
I had family in the city and I decided to check it out. Everything on the menu looked phenomenal. I had the steak with rice, beans and bananas. It was so delicious! My cousin ordered the garlic shrimp which she said was great too! It was also quite affordable and a good bang for your buck! Great staff, food and customer service! Can't wait to return!
Great food made to order. Had great favor. I had the chicken and beef bowl with avocado and extra green onions. Will definitely go back again.
This place it’s definitely Not what I expected. They have the worst Customer Service the young lady in the cashier was so rude. The food is honestly not that good, the beef was so chewy and the chicken had a strong smell like if they don’t rinse it before cooking it. So disappointed, I will not be coming back to this place to give them my service.
I love yummy food. And this is THE SPOT. A bit pricey but it's delicious. Ask for the ? on ur plate. It's a must.

Good food.. Rude service. Girl at register kept looking me up and down. I don't know why. I asked for no veggies on my burgers as I was handing her the money. She told me next time tell her that before i order.. Mind you.. I was barely handing her my money. 12/14/21.. Around 5:30 pm..
Excellent tasting bowls, meat is cooked to perfection and the tereyaki sauce is damn near perfect!
Had a couple bad experiences with the brand new cashiers but food is great and the owners brother is always so welcoming!! Keep it up compa!
