First time here! Came literally right before closing and I didn’t even know it! I came out with my family for a nightly stroll in downtown Covina! We came across this restaurant! Went in and the owner was so nice! She was closing in 6 minutes and asked me what I wanted to order and If it was to go. She made an exception to make my order and she did it with a smile! You know how you can feel when someone is being genuine! You can literally feel her kindness! Anyways, my food was ready and I’m waiting for my to go box. And she comes out with a plate and tells me I can eat here until she finishes closing up inside. I was so grateful! And the food was amazing! I got a calzone pepperoni and sausage to share with my husband! And it was pretty big! We didn’t even finish it! But the dough, the cheese, the sauce everything was just so good! Definitely coming back!! Wish I would of taken a picture before I started eating but oh well!
The best of the best. This place is a legend in the neighborhood. Great people with great heart serving you only great food in great furnishing. After I witness the owner help a fruit vendor sold out his strawberries so the old gentleman can return home early for rest, I understand why this place is so awesome. Because it has an awesome owner, a true leader, a single person who can unite everyone with pure kindness. We need more of these decent guys. We need to raise him high. This is why I still have faith. Thank you!!!

Compared to blaze I feel Artist Pizzeria has larger sizes. Also compared to pieology this place is better because the pizza stays together for the most part. People behind the counter are always friendly.

They take their time to make it well balanced with the cheese and sauce and that makes their pizzas stand out further from places like Blaze and Pieology. The ambiance is Beautiful but the music doesn't match well, other than that tiny little adjustment, was a perfect meal ?
@daysoffwithrayYou can build your own pizza!! Or you could order stuff from the menu. It's kinda like blaze but I like this one better. I went with my friends and it's bomb!

This pizzeria serves really good, homemade-style pizza. They have a good selection of toppings to build your own pizza or choose from regulars like meat lovers and BBQ chicken. You can actually see the toppings in front of you like at Subway. They also have chicken and beef kabob/rice plates. I would definitely visit again
