Hello recently went to a Taco Bell location and was highly unsatisfied. I’m going to be calling the health department because of health code violations I witnessed. One item in our order had a receipt wrapped in the wrapper. The employee was yelling at customers. Two customers prior to us. She then proceeded to yell at me when I tried talking to her calmly. She proceeded to start talking to her coworker in Spanish cussing. When we understood Spanish and she thought we didn’t. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our order. Overall it was horrible. This picture shows the time we ordered and the time stamp was when I took a picture of the food we received.

I love Taco Bell, but this is the first time I've been to this location . First I stood at the counter for a long time before they even acknowledged I was there, then they said I need to order on the self order screen by the door. Then I needed to pay cash and it was 15 min before anyone came to take payment. During this time the manager was outside, then returned into the store and started swearing at another lady making the food behind the counter. Then another 10 min. Went by ( keep in mind , I'm the only customer there) then finally the manager yells my name and tosses my bag on the counter, and aggressively yells " Have a nice day".... I think I'll use other locations next time.

Not sure what happen but this is the second instance. Their bean burritos are half the size of what they used to be. Not coming back even though I live down the street.Will spend more and get a real bean burrito.

I don't know I got to charge for me took so long we're there for an hour and never made the food they said they never got the order something with their online system or something I got charged for it and it's a joke in there so. Pass

I bought two soft tacos with steak instead of beef. The server charged me an extra $2 for the steak and gave me beef anyway. The server in question kept my debit card and I had to ask her to return it to me. I also bought a drink and She gave me my drink without a straw. She did not give me a receipt which tells me that she does it so I won’t have a way to check and dispute the order.

When ask for extra sauce they don't do it

Friendly staff but waiting in the drive thru for almost 35mins for my mobile order is way too long

The food is regular Taco Bell food. However, the service was horrible. We ordered the food online. 2 out of the 4 orders were wrong (You couldn't see it since it's wrapped until you got home and unwrapped it.). Also, we asked for the "spiciest" sauce packets; we got mild.The lady barely speaks any English which is fine but there should be another person that can understand us.*I would like to emphasize that i have no problem with anybody who has accent or does not speak English well. As a matter of fact, i appreciate the fact that they are willing to work while many others who speak perfect English are not.

This place is always clean and the people that work there are always glad to serve you with a smile and If for some reason there's something you don't like about your order they'll ask you if you want them to remake your order or if you would like something now there's a new for you. You rarely find a place now a days that does that, Now this happened to me on the graveyard shift not once but twice now I don't know about the rest of the shifts and its also pretty quite no party animals.
