This place is not "Strati Burgers" anymore. It's NOW "COVINA BURGERS". I looked them up on the website, and THEY SPECIFICALLY ADVERTISE "ACCEPTING EBT FOOD STAMPS NOW" LOOK IT UP. Then I ordered and the women said NO? I showed her the where it said "NOW ACCEPTING EBT FOOD STAMPS" and she tried to make up some story. I just left after telling to tell her Manager or the owner they need to REMOVE THAT ADVERTISEMENT BECAUSE THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!....
I love everything about this place from the friendly workers to the great customer service and great tasting food.Can't go wrong with breakfast lunch or dinner at Strati Burgers and there prices are pretty reasonable.
I loved coming here.I would always recommend people to try this n place out.BUT, the customer service is very poor. Especially the older lady. I would still come after. But today was the last straw. Another girl attended me and again with attitude, not only that they took Forever!!! for my food..
Love this place. Extensive menu, not just burgers. Great onion rings - Cesar salad with gyro meat, breakfast choices are great - chili cheese or carne asada fries, club sandwich..something for anyone - go once, you will become a regular. And their prices are really old school!

They're pastrami is delicious, it was my first time there, good pastramis are hard to find but they get a five star.
I can't believe they put that food out the window!!!!!! The bun was so hard it was not edible. The meat patty was so burnt. WHY would they serve that????? I don't live close so I couldn't return the food..this the second time I was served bad food..

Strati burgers quality in taste has gone down subtly in the the course of a year . But when you look back from a year to now the change is drastic and the current quality of food is very poor. Under cooked meats; onion rings raw ; fries barley salted , undercooked . Employee wise they have a hard time of getting a phone order correct. Strati burgers needs to step there game up . I
