Picked up my usual java chip Frappuccino from this location and was very pleased. This location has a drive-thru and indoor ordering. The drive thru was packed but they seemed to be moving through at a good rate. The staff was professional and pleasant. I recommend this location to locals, thank you Starbucks.
The bathroom had no toilet paper, no toilet seats, and was filthy (looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week, if not more).They have two restrooms with combination locks, but when I asked if I could use the other restroom I was told that was designated to employees only. Then I'm told, "This is how customers keep this restroom."Really!! We're supposed to clean and restock the customer restroom?They refused to allow me to use the other restroom and gave me toilet paper ONLY. I was told they were too busy to clean the restroom and they were out of toilet seat covers.Some stores make it a practice to clean/check on their restrooms every hour, others clean a couple of times per day, all usually clean once a day... this place is simply gross.
I like coming here is close by but I got a chocolate brownie and it got me sick. It had a funny taste to it idk but I got sick from eating it.
Came to drive thru after going to multiple locations nearby. I asked for a venti medicine ball and they said okay, gave me the total. I pulled up to the window and they handed me a venti iced coffee and said they don't have the ingredients for a medicine ball. Good luck.
Parking was terrible, mobile order and it still took 20 minutes, drive thru was long but still faster than mobile order.
Most people complain about the slowness of the lines but they have to understand that this store is located on a major street. Yes, the wait is long but if you order on the app and go inside to get your drinks, there’s mostly no problem with this place. I did have one time when I did receive someone else’s food instead of my own but after letting them know, they replaced my food.
