On June,16,2022 at 9:30 am I went this Starbucks to buy a breakfast sandwich and a drink well last week they had made my drink wrong I had spoken to witch I think was the manager. Told me to come back to get my drink fix couldn’t go because of work so I decided might as well ask if they could give me the replacement of the drink I go wrong. So I told the baristas what had happened with my drink she was kind to refund me the drink but once she told the baristas that was in cash register to refund me the drink When I went to pick up my refund she was rude and she told me that why did I tell her from the beginning and that next time to have the name of the person I spoke with. Done going to this place.
Drove all the way over here because Google showed them as closing at 11:30pm. Drive through gave us the automated closing message. They just decided to ignore their operating hours today and ended up closing 20 minutes early. Sign on door says 11:30pm for closing. Waste of my time driving over here. Not cool. Change your posted hours if you plan on working different hours. Will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. Two thumbs down for the employees working tonight.
Just like any other Starbucks nothing's really special to talk, about no special deals or extra service.

It's hard 2 get out of parking space while the drive thru is on affect the way they built the place is 2 small
Employees turned off music 30 minutes prior to closing. They also gloated about kicking out a potential customer that they assumed had attempted to steal store items, but had no proof. Sad.
customer service isn’t quite there but they’re definitely fast and efficient without sacrificing quality
Drinks are always made right and delicious everytime also wait time is pretty good as well
