The food is good and hot! But the night servers are a little rude if you're going for a late night pick up. They did not have a pleasant attitude and did not want to answer questions. Also, the family meal I ordered was supposed to be a mixture of chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, wings, and legs). I only got breasts and thighs, no wings or legs. Go early if you want better service and for them to get your order right.
I will never go again. They were out of everything..then...I was stuck behind the car in front of me for 20 minutes in a narrow drive through as they waited for their order. The worst drive through experience I have ever had.
I always place 2 orders for 3 whole wings with 1 biscuit, today, when I got home and found both orders missing 1 biscuit, tried calling the number on receipt and didn’t exist, googled online found a different number tried calling multiple times, no one answered, very disappointing! Definitely not going to this location anymore.
My last visit they have a limited time nuggets... These should not be limited... But all time. Got 24 for $12 and every one of them had meat and was a solid nugget with actual chicken meat. Awesome
This place has the worst customer service. They typically get our order wrong, forgetting items, not counting properly, etc. When you ask if they could fix things, they normally aren't able to honor anything. They frequently run out of items too. Do yourself a favor and go to the Azusa location. SOOO much better.
Ann is incredibly unprofessional. Was there not to long ago (currently 2:23 pm) me and my bf went to pick up two Uber orders as we're working rn. So they were already in the system and should've been preparedWrong. Got there, and my bf went to see what was happening. Nothing was said except it'd be a few minutes.He then goes up to the front and asks Ann what's going on. Her response? She mumbles under her mouth "okayyy." In a whispery annoyed tone. Nothing else. Ignored him and he came back to me.Fourty minutes go by in total and I'm like "okay great" so I go and see with my boyfriend to the front again to see what's up. I said excuse me as she was taking other customers again even though we were there forever. I said "we have been here for almost fourty minutes and he already came up here to you and said nothing. Walked away. So now I'm trying to see what's going on." Her response? "There's other customers we have to attend to first"Seriously? We've been here for fourty minutes and we weren't a priory when Uber eats is already in the system long before we are?? And are we not customers?Absolutely livid. My bf cancels the orders and we leave. I went back inside to get her name.Absolutely ridiculous. The entire team on shift at this point is a joke. This is the second time we've come here for Uber eats and will never be back.
Just got the 16 tenders family meal. Drove home and was greeted with less than 16 pieces and to top it off it wasn't the usual tenders. They were broken to count separately and also their new nuggets. Tried calling # available and no one picks up and has no voice mail activated. Very disappointed, we love Popeyes, but not this experience. No worth the bang for my buck this time around.
Bad costumer service, went through the drive thru to order. After each item that I was ordering the guy kept interrupting me and saying is that it? Is that it? Didn’t even get a receipt either. And my order was wrong! If I wanted bad service I would’ve gone to KFC??♀️ Do better Popeyes! Also when I left all the workers were just outside in the back talking not working.
The food was nice and hot the chicken was delicious the macaroni and cheese was out of this world you know how when people give you macaroni and cheese sometime you don't get that tasty crust of cheese on top it was macaroni and crusty cheese on top biscuits the best biscuits in the world great place to come and eat. ❤️??
Always like Popeyes that it has fantastic chicken and shrimps. It is delicious attractive. Crispy outside and juicy inside . Always super clean and decorations are charming in that species setting . Very friendly staffs that nice to delivery persons.
