I placed an order for my family at 12:17. I then called in at 12:52 because we have not received our order. I was then told that I set it up for.will call. I told them I have a screenshot showing my order was for a delivery. I was told that they would deliver my order but it can take up to 45 mins. After receiving any order, you can tell it was sitting around for awhile.
The manager called to say that they were very busy and that delivery would be two hours. So he changed it to a pick up and when I picked it up he gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service and a very friendly staff.
The order was delivered about 20 minutes quicker than i was told. The order was correct and the delivery person was nice.
I ordered a personal pan pizza from here and it was much smaller than I usually get... It also barely had meat on it and I noticed while I was in there that they use the same pizza cutter for each pizza, meaning cross contact between different meats/toppings. I also never saw the guy wear any gloves in there. He was at the register and in the kitchen, also taking pizzas outside, so door handles were also touched. When we walked in, he scrambled to put a mask on that he had set down. I read many reviews and the description of this place being very clean and sanitary and I'm very disappointed. I just hope he put gloves on somehow when I wasn't looking, I doubt it though. I never saw him with any gloves at all.I give 3 stars because I have the benefit of a doubt, also the pizza tasted good. Should've been the normal size though.
food was as customized. temperature of food and taste was what was expected. this location is better than the others around here. as the kids would say, it hits different bruhhhhhhhhhh

My pizza big box that arrived had a long hair on one of the pizzas. This is the first time this has happened. Did not eat it. Disappointed.
The manager gave us a portion of our order at no charge becuz we were having issues with our form of payment. She was more then friendly and patient n went above n beyond for us. I appreciate her help n wish there were more employees like her!!
