First time there this weekend 05/22/2022 I had hear great things and we decided to tried it, to start off, horrible non-exiting customer service the people at the drive through window and register (as our order was wrong, we had to go inside too)the people attending the restaurant had an attitude problem and completely rude. The food was not that good, corn tortillas from the tacos were still cold so they broke, the carne asada is more like boil steak than asada, it lacked taste and flavor. Don’t think we will be re-visiting this establishment again, sometime good customer service goes along way, which I may add sadly, many establishments are lacking these days…! ?
I have come here a million times… and grew up in this area. I came tonight and I asked the girl behind the counter for the key to the restroom she said it’s only for customers. I said I’m going to get food I just need to use the restroom. She said you don’t need to scream. I said I just talk loud, she said I deny you service. What the heck!? She had a terrible attitude and maybe she had a bad day but she 100% misunderstood my need for the restroom and assuming I was loud and rude I just speak loud but I certainly wasn’t screaming. She needs a job in the back where she doesn’t deal with people. I will never go back, you lost a loyal client.
Taquitos are my go to order when visiting Pepe's. Good service, good food.Try the California burrito or the Pepe's Nacho fries ??
1st time going to Pepe’s drive thru ordering two taquito plates with extra guacamole and the food was fantastic! They were very fast and fairly priced. Everything about the food and service was great. I am not someone who leaves reviews but was compelled to do so after having such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be going back!

It was great, it's been a long time since I've been there. Food and service was good, salsas were good as well. Carnitas burrito ? was good, tender pork and two fried or hard tacos ?, guacamole, rice and beans plate was favorable to the palate.
Why are the $4 crunchy tacos so smol?!?! They used to be a decent size and now they are the size of a small street taco..which is fine but NOT FOR NEARLY 4 DOLLARS EACH! What a rip off!
Very long line. Friendly staff.Outside display boxes in the drive thru should be cleaned. When you sit for over 15 minutes in line waiting you notice stuff...
I visited Pepe's for the 3rd time, my co workers have been going there for the past 4yrs. We always get the taquitos and they are fine, this time around it is not the same. The guacamole was brown and runny the taquitos were soggy and old. I called them and reported the food and Karmen refused to just write my name down and give me a new order next time I go. She insisted that I return them or take my card back to get my refund. I work 20min from the location that I go to, I was on a 30min lunch. She was basically calling me a liar and telling me that the food sat for to long, that is why it was like that, that they do not sever bad food. I told her well today you guys did. All I wanted was for her to take my name down and give me a fresh order next time I go. She looked at it like she was giving me free food. If that's the case then they rob people when they serve bad food and wont refund it unless the customer takes it back with in a week. She actually wanted me to freeze the food and take it back to her within a week since. My supervisor allowed me to go back, when I took them back I asked Karmen if she would eat them? She looked at them and didn't have an answer for me, I wonder why. This was a very bad case of customer service.
Classic Mexican Food from the San Gabriel Valley. Definitely a foodie place so be warned the serving size are big. The Pepe Nacho Fries are the staple of a Saturday night drive thru meal. The burritos are good but get them wet if you want the real deal. The breakfast burrito is a meal fit to start any kings day, i like rice beans cheese with chorizo eggs. Get it your guey aye. ordena ya!
