Bought a cheese steak pizza almost no meat on it at all or any toppings for that matter way over priced will never go back again
They won't take your delivery order if they don't feel like it and purposely hang up on you. When you try to call back they won't answer. I called at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Be wary if you call for a delivery they seem helpful and may take your money without delivering your food.
More expensive, rude, and they charge for red peppers ._.People think they make more by charging for every little thing but I will now go to Glendora

Yesterday I ordered pizza and I like extra sauce for my pizza. So per my order request that I did through the app, I requested extra sauce on both pizzas. When I got home both pizzas were dry and had hardly ANY sauce on them! The jalapeño poppers with cream cheese, no cream cheese just pure jalapeños! This was my last time going to papa Johns, I wanted to give it another try since it’s under a new owner/ management. But it’s a no for me.
People there are super rude, I tried them twice and will never go back

The new owner has turned this papa johns around. We get a pizza with no cheese all veggies and they make it phenomenal everytime. This pizza in covina is great and fast they even have awesome carryout specials.
Dont even bother coming here I had placed a oder over the phone for carryout and it felt like i was being severed by a automated message and the total and told us the incorrect price and paid more then what we were given before hand over 3 things and dont go here and go to a better pizza company
Extremely disappointed with this location. When i call the store, I get transferred to a call center. It sounds like out of country call center with horrible customer service. The representative at the call center had me on hold for 15 minutes for a delivery time and never got an answer and the call was disconnected. This store had great customer service awhile back.
