I have mixed emotions. Yes I know the prices have gone up every where for everyone. However, even when chicken was inexpensive there prices were outrageous. Yes, there chicken is delicious, spectacular, the skin is sinfully spectacular but the price!!!! The potato salad is always perfect! Just the right amount of mayo. It has the homemade taste just like mom's or grandma's. The salsa if they serve or make it rt is my favorite. I always ask for mild but sometimes they give me spicy. On the occasion I get spicy I put a little ranch and it milds it out. So yes, it is really good just pricey
Absolutely the best potato salad from a fast food joint! It reminds me of the style found in the Hawaiian islands where I'm from.The flavor is a close second to my Mom's, and you can't beat that.
Amazing family meal for 4 people. Moist chicken and very tasty potato salad, rice, and beans. Highly recommend Juan Pollo.
Love this chicken,but this time my chicken was Dry and look old ,I ask the employee to exchanged they did but they put the old chicken in the bottom and the fresh on the top,plus they cut the breast in 4 pcs and I only get 2 and a mising thigh ,I call them and they make a big deal so I never going back
I’m disappointed with this Juan pollo I went today and ordered 2 bowls, I had called to do a phone order and the girl had told me I don’t need a phone order for that. It will be done fast, I went and they took forever and other people after me were getting their food. When I arrived home and started eating I found a long hair in my bowl. I was just disgusted. Juan pollo do better!!!
Really love their chicken and Tuesday Wednesday deals! Can't beat the potato salad, sometimes I go just to buy that-to serve as a side with a homemade dish or for potlucks.
Make sure to check your order on that spot , I used to like their chicken but I was shorted twice , I did get some credit but the fact that my buddy or me on this case ate something elsea better customer service & retraining and ask just ask a bit slower , we don’t know the menu , you do I still like the fact they got an A keeps bringing me back for what I used to pay $12.41 to 15.85 for the exact same thing
Make sure you count your money before you leave the counter, today I came to get some chicken, give the cashier a $100 dolls bill, my change was supposed to be $73.11 and she only gave me $33.12 she swears she handle me my full amount back.. I have to call the police. Thanks God their was a customer behind me who saw the whole thing... he gave me his number in case I need a witness. After this ordeal is over I will never come back here... Good chicken bad employees

Best food ever!!! The chicken is always cooked to perfection and all the side dishes are soooooo good. I order the Family Pak for me and my friends and the only thing that would make it better to where I would give 10 stars would be if they included sour cream, guacamole and cheese! Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight!!!
