Order made incorrectly. Order 2 bacon double sourdough patty melt combos with no mayo. Recieved 2 bacon SINGLE sourdough patty melt combos with mayo. The mayo I can understand, but the missing patties? Really? Very displeased with the error. Make sure to check your orders while you are still there people. Not much focus on accuracy at this location.

Fries were really salty I had to throw them out. The Taco shell was to hard couldn't eat the tacos. The burge was ok

Made mobile app order at night (Uber driver) girl told me they were closed temporarily and to come back. Called store multiple times for refund or voucher but they never answered. Went to store at 730pm and employee locked doors as I approached door and walked away. Waited in drive thru behind 4 cars for twenty minutes and they tell me it's in the mobile app so it's my problem. Literally stole my money ... didn't even want to know the order number. Total BS. I see a lot of bad stores this is the what JBX in 50 mile radius
