I used Drive-thru this location took my order which included Breakfast Sandwiches and Burgers. I always have special requests like no tomato and no ketchup. They got my order correct and the food was out the window in a timely manner. Not to mention the cashier was cute and great.
Not 24 hours anymore and no way to get a refund for an online order that I marked as prepare my food.
Normally good service but I went there tonight and they closed early and didn't BOTHER to put any signs saying they're closed. There were still people inside. I knocked and they just rudely ignored me and other customers who ordered on their app!! So very rude service today. Like if you need to close fine but put a sign or something. Irresponsible and rude.

Jack in the box always has a new food item to try. The service was slow and the people seemed confused. Could have been from lack of personal but the food was still hot and what you would expect from a fast food place.
I ordered spicy tiny tacos with the loaded option. I asked for extra nacho cheese and for some reason they decided to go light on the cheese and absolutely drown the tacos in lettuce other than that good jack in the box lol
I have been ordering using the Jack's mobile app to order ahead from this location for over a year. We probably order from her 2-4 times a month. They get our order right 99% of the time. (I can only think of 2 times in the past year that I had to go back for minor things.) Love this location and the staff has always been great.
Terrible service!!!! Bad attitudes, I picked up an uber eats order they forgot have the order & when I went back for the rest they argued they gave me the customers burger & they didn't! Then they gave me a bag & it still wasn't what the customer ordered! I called & talked to the manager & he didn't care!! Stay away from here these people hate their jobs !!!

Jack In The Box is great place to go when your feeling hungry and want to punish your gut. But who cares… your back at home, 2 feet away from your own toilet. I just had the spicy chicken sandwich and some minis tacos. I don’t regret it.
