Food was good but the customer service was awful. I ordered through the app and when i arrived i asked if they had put the salsa i had asked for and they said everything was jn there. When i got to the car i opened tommake sure and to my surprise they only gave me less than half of what i asked for, when i went badk and told the lady that i had asked for more with a long o face she gave me the rest.

I love it, but it is too much $$$ for chicken and oh my gosh now for two beef tacos it is $10.79. For 1 burrito $11.00 and for a quesadilla with beef you guessed it $11.00. Save your money and cook at home. Yes, experience it once, use your coupon if you must but it is way over priced. Oh my goodness, for a family of 4 it would be near $50.00 oh but since you are not sitting down you save on the tip.
I asked for a double chicken tostada an they put couple pieces, an it supposed to come with avocado an they didn't put it an I asked them for it they put guacamole and the tostada is half the size that it was and they got mad. To bad I'm paying for the food, there giving it too me for free.
I'm really disappointed with this Pollo loco. I'm never had an experience like the other Pollo locos they usually get the order right. We bought two chicken avocado burritos and the burritos did not have any chicken they only have cabbage and avocado in it and beans really disappointing. We better think of burrito it was nothing but rice and beans there was no chicken I thought this is called Pollo loco where you get chicken I don't recommend this Pollo loco restaurants on Azusa really bad customer service.

For the most part Pollo loco has good food choices. There's times though they're very inconsistent in the quality and care they use to prepare the meals. Today I ordered nachos and received flat not crispy nachos with cheese sauce layered on top. And chicken I had to look for. Very disappointing. Probably won't goback to this location for a while. Bad management
I got burrito and cole slaw freshest food ever was good. ?? They had like 30 chickens on the grill look so good ingl ????
