The chicken is always cooked very well here. This makes it my favorite Pollo Loco. Sometimes it closes before 9:30pm, though.
I went to the Covina branch Pollo Locco order the family lunch it was so good fast friendly atmosphere, the good thing is they accept food stamps EBT. THANKS POLLO LOCCO.

Always delicious! The grilled chicken with the skin on, spicy salsa and warm tortillas! Yum. The selection of side dishes are excellent. We just ate. My tummy is very happy ?

This place has to change employees. Last week I came in and instead of legs and thighs, they gave me chicken wings. I tried to inform them today through Ana. she developed an attitude totally disrespectful. She implied I always would get what is ordered. She's totally wrong and also asked to cook the chicken well done. The cook didn't even bother. The heavy set woman told me, "this is good enough for us"... Well guess what sunshine, I'm paying for my food. Iam not getting it for free.If people don't want to be of service, because they think they're doing the community a favor ?? HOW WRONG ARE THEY...I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE or until management does some changes...
Food was very bland much different from my past experiences...gave the half to birds in a parking lot. Sad
