It was alright, I got my food through the app and once I got there it took a few minutes to get my food and was on my way
I would not gives theses people 1 star if I didn’t have to. It took 35 min from order to food given. Hardly any workers they are doing their best with what they got but very slow.
I worked here on October and I didn't get RESPECT. The old hag cashier was rude and so was Lucio. I got a cold, called in sick, and Ana the manager did NOT care at all. "I need you to show up cause someone else quit bla bla bla" No concern whether I had covid (even tho that's exaggerated). It was just a cold and fever but as a lot of us know, women see men as disposable utilities. Im just another number. I would give 1 star only but I like burger King's marketing, cause I am a KING lol.Another worker, Juan, also quit cause Lucio and the hag made fun of him and insulted him too. This place really needs help and they need a man who is a leader in control of his emotions, but those men are probably handling bigger business!
Go Inside pick up your mobile order is very unpredictable on night time. You'll end up waiting in the Drive-Thru for good half hour just to pick up your food.
Got two whoppers with cheese, both were cold and really salty. Cheese was not melted at all.
This place has gone downhill since it has opened up. Last time I ate a whopper there, it was cold and the meat tasted like something was off.
Not a business I’ll do business with again. Spent 43.79 on dinner for my family. Asked twice if I had all the bags bc it didn’t seem correct. They assured me I had all of our order. We drive twenty minutes home only to realize they completely left out one meal. Now my husband has to go back and get this remedied WITHOUT A RECEIPT bc they failed to provide one in the bags. So now his food will be ice cold. I tried to call. Only to hear “the E Jack customer you have called is not in available ” TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Corporate will get a call tomorrow. How rude!

Myra the manager was awsome with a great personality she stood out to us because everyone else there is definitely not that nice and welcoming.
Price of meal was different at window than advertised on sign (4$ difference), when I asked how much the meal was, I was only given my total once again! ?
