I am so happy I found Veg’d! They have really good tasting, and good-for-you food! I love that it’s all vegan and fresh! I have been 3x now and the food keeps getting better. I just got the Green Smoothie with protein powder and the Unicorn Tears for a post workout refresh. It’s Conveniently located right off the 55 freeway, next to the Audi Fletcher Jones dealership. Tons of parking. I’ve been thru the drive thru (truly home made food for a drive thru-what?!?) but today I went inside with my doggo. The kind man behind the counter gave my dog some treats so she was in heaven.Best of all -the staff is friendly, happy and excellent service and a lot of personal attention!! I’ll keep coming back.
Had the most delicious bowl. Even the non vegans in the group said their meal was delicious ?. One of the owners came by to check on us & brought us a taste of oat ice cream, delicious and a great service.Minor detail but it's wonderful that it's beautifully decorated. Not as impressive from the outside cause of the location but oh so yummy.My only disappointment is that I live so far away. I can't wait to stop by again. Best of luck since they are fairly new. Needless to say, I would highly recommend it.
They have a good selection of both healthy and unhealthy items :) I got Kung Pao Cauliflower bowl and chiky nuggets.The bowls can be made with either greens or grains, so I got half n half. It's a spring mix type, and there's enough sauce so the leaves aren't dry. The mixed grains also have their own light sauce and are quite flavorful with a good textureThe nuggets were honestly a little mushy, but the outside was flaky and crispy, and the flavor was great so I still loved them!And the pasta straws are great! Will be back, can't wait to try other menu stuff
As a new vegan, I've been looking for new restaurants to try out. Veg'D is a bit of a drive but totally worth it! We tried the Good Morning Sammie and the breakfast burrito. The Good Morning Sammie was soo good! And I really appreciate that the patty was housemade. I can't wait to go again! Definitely try this place out!
I can't say enough good things about how delicious this place is. As someone who grows organic vegetables and eats extremely healthy, this place is a complete blessing!! My favorite thing is the Blast Sandwich BLT OR the breakfast burrito with an extra side of tater tots!! Great way to eat healthy and stay fit.
Tried the cauliflower bowl which comes with quinoa and greens. I thought I could get rice with it but no. It's pretty huge and filling, with lots of cooked vegetables. They were a bit heavy-handed with the sauce but overall I liked the bowl. I couldn't finish it! I also got to try the fries which I enjoyed. It reminds me of Mc Ds but not as greasy. We did the drive through and it took them awhile to make the food. Good thing we were the only people in line. I can imagine it would be very slow going if there were several people ahead of us. Next time, I would order online ahead of time, if I wanted take out. I'm always happy to see more vegetarian places opening up. Would like to come back and try their breakfast fare.
First time ordering online + first time customer! (Floor is very sticky too)I stated my name is “Jose” to pick up my order and the workers cooking just made a funny remark and kept repeating my name as if they were mocking it cause their manager was also named “Jose” but they were saying this all in Spanish… little did they know I understand Spanish! DO BETTER! I HOPE THE FOOD MAKES UP FOR IT.
Food was great, the pricing is right around what you would expect from a vegan food place. I really liked the variety of menu items that were offered. I liked how my "hot chik" sandwich was wrapped making it easy to access the food yet conveniently leaving the 2nd part of the wrapper to hold the other half of the sandwich; clean hands! It has great flavor, the buffalo sauce did not over power the rest of the flavors. The pasta drinking straws are a nice earth friendly touch and they seem to last longer than cardboard/paper straws. Service was great. I will definitely visit again.
The food was delicious for fast food. Everything we got had lots of flavor and tasted better than expected, even the vegan cheese!Only note would be that 2 pieces of the tempura cauliflower were not fully cooked and had a bit of dough in the middle, but otherwise 10/10. The staff there are also very friendly and the space is very nice and kept clean.
absolutely incredible!! delicious sandwich, delicious, authentic (read real ice cream) tasting vanilla soft serve, GREAT KIND servers! 18/10 will come again, so happy they’re nearby for a quality vegan quick stop
