What used to be the Russian Mafia bar in the 2000s is now a cleaned up sports bar with great staff and a mexican kitchen in the back.
It was slow on . mother's day night. Played pool and had some beers. I must say the prices were good. $5. For a draft beer. Waitresses we're hot and sexy.
In between games I opened up my jukebox app and played 3 songs. All Spanish/Regional Mexican music. All songs were skipped after 5 seconds of playing I'm guessing because they were Spanish songs, all other genres kept playing as scheduled. I paid money for my music to be played and I'm sure there's a manual override which the bar took over to skip my songs. I asked if I can get credits to accommodate with their preferred genres but the bartenders refused to listen and to service us. By far the worst bar I've been to in Orange County, unless you're white, it's such a segregated area. Might as well have a "No Mexicans Allowed," sign up front because I totally felt discriminated and judged. Stereotypical bar, do not attend if you are Latino or Hispanic, you'll be put to the side as soon as you walk in.Racists to the max.
Place is good, tables is okay but the staff bit rude. At Burwood the staff is more friendly.
Love this place, the girls are super sweet, the drinks are awesome and Mamacita's food is to die for
I was initially looking forward to their Thursday food special but disappointed that it wasn't available.
For those who are interested in pool - only 2 coin-op tables, and they were both occupied so I didn't actually play. The felt looked decent. Small place.

Came in tonight with a small emotional support dog and the bar back ( obviously scared to death only person with a mask on ) made me take the dog and leave. She was no threat and I informed the scared bar back that she has paper work as an emotional support dog but he cared nothing about it and demanded she go out back period. If that guy continues to work there it will become an animal rights problem and discrimination.
Went around 9PM on a Friday and was pretty much dead. Maybe thats too early but didn't really get a good vibe. Left after 2 weak Jack and Cokes.
