Great concept and it delivers! Start with real pizza dough, pressed before your eyes and rolled to bake evenly. Add fresh toppings of your choice or have your pizza made by the menu - right in front of you! Well kept prep area. Delicious ingredients, helpful and friendly staff, lots of beer on tap to choose and a variety of bottled and fountain sodas. Busy, Clean place with indoor and outdoor seating. Order to go available. I really enjoy using olive oil as the base and they do a great job using a quality olive oil. Finished my pizza with tasty arugula and chopped basil to add even more flavor.
I have no idea why anyone likes this. Bland and base is slightly sweet. And GREASY. People get sauce added like ranch, pesto, hot sauce. Guy making the novel pizza base in a press was very nice! Kudos to him. Everyone else seemed miserable. Maybe it was a long day. Either way 2 stars except for the guy at the front he gets 6 out of 5 for still smiling.
Pizza press is always solid. You can get GF and vegan cheese if you so desire which can be hard to get at pizza joints. Removed a star because they stopped allowing pesto as a base which I get all the time. They still have pesto as a finisher but for some reason you can’t use it as a base, weird.Beer selection is large and rotates frequently, solid lunch spot.
First things first the pizza is delicious. There is a good amount of toppings to choose from and everything taste fresh. Great beer selection as well. However if you want more of a certain topping they charge you extra (defeats the purpose of the format). The staff are not the friendliest either (I felt very rushed). Can not give it t stars for those reasons but the food quality is 5/5.

The thin crust was not my cup of tea. Few slices and mostly tomato. Fair prices and interesting layout. Very lovely interior :)
Very good food. Very friendly service. Only downside to my experience was gow lpud it was with the live music outside.
Only rating the beer selection. Good place to get a beer or two and watch the weekend evening live music from the patio.
This place was off the hook great atmosphere super nice employees help out explained everything it was our first time going and even though they were slammed they did it without acting annoyed they were happy to explain would recommend this place to anybody
Love coming to this place and creating my own pizza, very fond of the cauliflower crust and wings with the mango habanero sauce.
