I had order my food online. They didn’t give me the shake I ordered because they said the milk they had was bad. I had no problem with that. They said they could give me a refund in the store and that I had to file a request online. Which is dumb but I did it anyways. I emailed them ten minutes later and after a week, still no response. On top of that, the part I did receive of my order was incorrect. So overall I had a pretty bad experience.
It is what it is. It's not the best, it's certainly not the worst. I will say that they are very consistent and their Chicken Sandwiches should really be int the discussion for the top 5.

ive been coming to habbit since i was a really young kid and they always aced my order but now tht im older something as simple as a plain double char cant be done right dont get me wrong the food is bomb but not when they mess up my order everytime.2/25/22
I've visited this location a few times. I'm usually only here with my friend after we're done running the nearby OC Half Marathon. While I do love their Double Char burgers and green bean tempura, service is hit or miss at this location. My last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed and scheduled my order on the mobile app, but they were late opening the restaurant. Needless to say, my order wasn't ready at the promised time. Then on top of that, when my food was finally ready, they had me waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes for my caramel shake. This was after one of the employees had told me to wait a moment for her to make my shake. She never came back and all of the other employees were busy with other customers. I eventually gave up and joined my friends to eat my meal as it was starting to get cold. After I was done with my food, I then went back to the counter to ask for my shake. I would be more understanding if it had been a walk-in order, but this was a scheduled order.
Great spot for quick lunch in busy shopping center. It's not so busy during lunch hour, but you can always order ahead or use order self stations
You have to wait here and order on a tablet. Only one of 2 works ot worth the wait. Won't accept cash extremely frustrating
