It's 2:00 pm I walk in, cashier is on her phone, doesn't greet or anything, I ask for 2 bean and cheese burritos with EXTRA sauce and EXTRA cheese, I was also charged for this, and it wasn't done, didn't give me hot sauce or ask if I wanted any, this place is trash
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Don't over complicate your order and you'll get it perfectly!
Wish I could give a zero. After 100s of calls and not one answer. I wasn't given my whole order, food was cold, no sauces for an order of order 60 dollars ?!!! Not one sauce even when asked for extra sauce. I paid for extra meat and only received 4 pieces of steak in my burrito with little to nothing else In it either, had to peel away most of the tortilla and roll up again to eat. My quesadilla the cheese wasn't even melted and literally all tortilla.
Received my order incorrectly. Drove all the way home, then all the way back to the store. The supervisor was incredibly rude and unprofessional, offering no restitution for the additional hassle and inconvenience I had when they made my order incorrect. He even stated it, and I quote "go ahead and complain as much as you want" when I did ask for a customer service phone number.I had ordered two chicken chalupas and when I arrived home, I realized that one of them had absolutely no meat put into the taco. When I came back to the store, the supervisor opened up both tacos, pointed to the meat that I missed in the second taco, and also pointed out to the two shreds of chicken in the first Taco that I also missed, stating "look it's right there". I went on to state that that pretty much is no chicken in the first Taco I had opened up, to which he replied "that's how we make them here".This cashier/supervisor sounds as if he is the target of numerous complaints from other reviews on this site based on what other people are stating was told to them during their visits.
So my usual order is a drink and 2 or 3 spicy potato soft tacos with extra chipotle sauce and the majority of the times I've been to this location, I have had very poor experiences. I usually don't leave poor reviews especially on a Taco Bell but this is just frustrating. The first time I went I actually feel like I got less sauce than what they normally put on them! The second time I was dining in and went to the counter to ask for more sauce and there was a lady that made eye contact with me at least 3 times but turned the other way and began to do other stuff. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that she wasn't assigned to retail that day but she could have at least got someone to help me while I waited a couple minutes for help. I asked for extra sauce and they gave me some but I still wish that they would take better care to get my orders right. It's like 60 cents extra per taco for extra sauce and for a poor 20 year old, that adds up to a lot of wasted money if they keep jipping me on the sauce. The third time I waited ~10 minutes for my order and while I was waiting in the dining room, I saw at least 3 people come inside from the drive through with incorrect orders. Then one guy had someone else's order and when he got his, I was given the order that the other guy got. They didn't even offer to remake it after it had been in a complete strangers hands and car! The employees here could care less about good customer service.Other than that, I usually love Taco Bell but I would never suggest going to this location! 2 thumbs down from me.
I don't eat here but my friend does . it's weird how they are not allowed name tags
I realize it’s just Taco Bell, but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. EVERY TIME I have ordered there, whether in the drive-through or dine-in, my order has been wrong, the portions are absolutely pitiful, and the service is horrible. It’s almost like they are pinning tortillas to the wall, and throwing ingredients at them from the other side of the kitchen. One visit I ordered a Burrito Supreme, and it would have been a rip-off if it had been from the $.99 menu. It was teeny, the tortilla was really hard and stale, and the lettuce inside was completely wilted. I couldn’t eat it. It had obviously been sitting in the kitchen for at least an hour or two. There is zero work ethic and pride in what the crew is doing. They apparently don’t care at all about giving their customers good food, and service. I worked in food service for a long time, so I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. They’re a bunch of kids, so I can only blame the management for not setting a good example.I don’t like giving extremely negative reviews, but this place is bad. I’ve given this location numerous tries, hoping I just had a string of bad luck, but every time I’m disappointed. I’d rather drive to a TB miles away than go to this one, which is right down the street from my house. I will never go to this location again. One star, only because I can’t go lower than that.
It really comes down to making excuses to not fix a mistake that's easily fixed, but this Manager has no common sense. Plus, from what I saw, in the little time I was dining in, the mistakes on orders through the drive through were constant. At least three in fifteen minutes. Apparently there was even one as I walked out of the dining room, as a car almost ran into me, backing out of their driveway, back into their parking lot, in haste. Got to wonder why...The good news is it gave me a more objective view on their Grilled Cheese Deluxe Box. As there was nothing deluxe about it.To begin with, they provide hardly any nacho cheese, for their nacho chips. Container was only a third full, so not even half way full. There was barely a "thin scoop of a spoon of meat" for their Chalupa Supreme, so nothing even regular, let alone supreme, about it.The quotes are what the manager told me is how they are told to make the Chalupa, when he tried to get me to pay even more, for what was hardly any meat, for just a little more meat. The best part was when the Manager, said that is how their Supreme Chalupa is made, with "just a thin scoop of a spoon of meat", so admitting there was no mistake in the service, so wouldn't correct it.In fact in order to correct it, he wanted to charge me again. Hell I would have even taken it on the side, when instead he should of tossed the one I had and made new one correctly.Ever eata Chalupa shell WITHOUT the spicy seasoned ground Taco Bell meat?Try it! Than tell me how much you like Chalupas. ?This was the Game Changer for me, that was the good news, because that was the eye opener. Why? Because it got me realizing what I was actually paying for, spices for taste in a filler with not any real substance.I did however liked the Grilled Cheesy Burrito.
So good but not healthy at allll:( try not to get hooked on them crunchwraps ?
I'm here at 8 in the morning an hour after it says it's open and no one answering drive through, I waited almost 10 min with a line of cars behind me then I went and parked after and doors are locked and I can see workers in the place and see I'm at door but ignoring me. After the line emptied and seeing all the cars go through, I went back just to try again and still no one answering drive through.I really was hungry for taco bell but ended up going to jack in the box. I wish this taco bell at least would have put a notice on there door there closed or opening up late. This is one of my worst experience with taco bell.
