I ordered through subway app in the morning before going to work.i ordered at 8:15 and was told to pick up at 8:40.i drop my wife first then I head to my work but that morning when I reached subway to pick up at 8:40,the restaurant was locked.there was one more person waiting outside knocking on the door.i called the restaurant couple times, knocked couple times but nobody came.the lights and fans were on.the other customer and I waited there for like 10mins trying to reach them but no luck.the timing says clearly they open at 6am.my wife and I were both getting late for work.so i left from there.my wife didn't had breakfast that morning because we had very less time to reach her office. When I was heading towards my work I got a call from them that I didn't came to pick up my sandwich.i told the lady there that I came but nobody was there so she was like ok I'll cancel your order I mean c'mon this is not the way to run a business.i tried to contact subway customer support but i havent heard back and also havent got my refund on those sandwiches. Be careful before ordering!!!
It may look nice and they do have nice staff BUT how come their bathrooms aren't open!? For an example what if someone needed to go to the bathroom but they weren't open,so this person had to all the way to the bathroom in Stater Bros (or something) then they had to go all the way back to Subway to order/eat the rest of their food that doesn't sound like good service!

Always go here when coupons are handy. Otherwise 9 bux for foot long is too much.
This subway is amazing. Very clean and inviting when you walk in. The food is set up beautifully and organized. Even the tomato’s aren’t just thrown in the containers, they are set up nice. The guy working was very friendly and had great service. They have daily deals that I love to do. $6.99 footlongs! The music is calm and have christmas decorations set up. Will be back forsure!!
