The staff is truly wonderful! They always make sure my drink is exactly how I like it and are so friendly. I'm very particular with the amount of milk I like in my iced espresso and they have gone above and beyond to make sure it's to my liking. I visit this location almost every day
Can't give Starbucks a good rating because they can't keep their stores open or sufficiently staffed. On this day at this store dine in was open but the bathroom was closed. Starbucks is my office since I'm on the road so much. I went to my local Starbucks (not this one) on Superbowl Sunday and it was shut down. The entire store was just SHUT DOWN, how does this happen. They need to pay their staff more or something but in no way raise the cost of drinks. $5.75 for a venti tea with coconut milk and sugar is enough.
I order a mocha cookie crumble lady at the register did not think to tell me that they have no cookie crumble in the middle of training her to make my drink the other lady ask if I wanted to change my drink cause I want to spend the rest of my day standing her while y’all train literally the only one here and in line … won’t be coming back here at all they never have anyone that knows how to make a good drink

The staff here is extremely friendly, they keep the space clean and comfortable. I sat for a couple hours whilst studying and they made a point to check on me and make sure I was good. Very welcoming environment.
I am not a patron of this place, they support things that I cannot stand for. Being owned by anti-Semites and anti-Christian people.Previous experience, the coffee is always burnt. The snacks are marginal void of flavor and have no nutrition.I will not spend even $1 here.
I loved my visit at this Starbucks! I didn’t order anything special, but the entire staff, from ordering to drinks to food, treated me like my order mattered and offered upgrades and suggestions on how to make it even better. I felt like my visit to this Starbucks reminded me why I fell in love with Starbucks in the first place: Friendly service, making your order your way, and a great experience! When a team works together and enjoys what they’re doing like this team did, magic happens for the customer! Keep it up! I feel like most feedback is negative on these apps, and I wanted to share something positive ?
My go to Starbucks place near my job. When I’m on my 15 I love they have drinks always ready on time and I can just scoop them up
The best starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff is super friendly and always helpful and know my name and order every time I come in! They make their drinks very well and always super fast here. Out of all the local Costa Mesa Starbucks, this is the one to get your drink at!
