This Starbucks, on Harbor and Adams, gets my order incorrect over 50% of the time. I alway moble order my coffee asking for “room”, which is an option- and they put cream in it. I order it black with an add shot and with room. I’ve talked to the manager several times and she smiles nicely and says sorry and offers me another coffee; however, I don’t want to wait for another coffee- that’s why I Moble order- I want her to teach her staff how to read the orders correctly- and then make my drink correctly. I’ve managed restaurants in the past- and if the staff was incorrect over 50% of the time, they didn’t keep their jobs for long. Typically I now go to the Starbucks on Brookhurst- and I get my coffee made right- but today I went to the harbor and Adams, as I had to go to vons- and - they made it with cream again and it was with heavy cream and no room. There are so many choices if I even wanted cream- milk, cream, coconut milk, almond milk…… ugh just so frustrated with this place……

This place is disgusting dirty. Dusty, food all over the floors and just looks like nobody has cleaned it in two years… tables chipped and very dirty. the order taker- manager I think, was very short with me when I asked for food when ordering my tea. Nobody was in any kind of uniform so I had no idea who was managing. I had to come here purely out of location convenience and work today. I won’t be returning.
Every drink I’ve got it from this location just taste terrible it’s like they use old coffee or something

They have such great customer service! I accidentally ordered my drink through my mobile app at the wrong location. They quickly accommodated me and remade my drink there with very minimal wait time.
Always great service and they care about your drink.
This is one of the worst experience I have in Starbucks. The staff is horrible.
