It's okay. They always seem to mess up in store food orders because they are more concerned about the online/pick up in store orders. Had to wait 15 minutes just to find out my order wasn't even coming despite me paying for it. Was kinda bummed but they tried to make it right

Skip this location. Staff has an attitude/lack of training perhaps is causing frustration- Sergio in particular. Can’t even handle 3 people in line, it’s kind of a joke. I ended up ordering through the Starbucks app at the store and they still couldn’t get my order in a reasonable amount of time. Left. Sad experience.
Jimmy who works at the Newport Avenue would not give me my recommended drink of which I ordered a iced caramel Brulé latte it was the worst service I had ever received here at this Starbucks I was treated like I lied and that your app did not do something wrong I didn’t have time to make a fuss so I went ahead and took the wrong order drink and asked it to be made ice and they wouldn’t make it for me worst service ever Jimmy should be fired

Another location blew a coffee drink & when buying a breakfast sandwich here, this location kindly made another with smiling attitude! That definitely deserves a 5 ?!

Came here about 2 weeks ago. Need to update store hours. Door was closed in my face despite store hours saying they were open for another hour. I don’t mind if they were short staffed but at least a sign would be nice.
