I don’t like to make complaints because I know people can have bad days but yesterday was ridiculous. I drove through to get a Mother’s Day treat for myself and a couple friends. After I paid, a younger woman began to give me an order that wasn’t mine then was very upset when I explained that it wasn’t mine. She told me I would have to pay extra to get the correct order. I asked how much and was ready to pay to which she rolled her eyes and left, still saying that I need to pay extra. I get the same order whenever I go to any Starbucks and it’s always the same price so I was confused when she kept saying that I needed to pay extra. I’ve never had much of a problem here but I did not appreciate being treated that way

Don't say you accept reusable mugs if you are required to use a disposable mug to transfer the coffee from your pots to my mug. So ridiculous.
No drive through at this location as it is part of a strip mall with a parking problem. Staff is pleasant.
My orders have always come out correctly. So long as I order at the location itself and not on mobile. The ability to customize your order on the app is limited and not as extensive as when ordering in person. Thats probably a well known fact but its worth mentioning
I stop by here and they actually forgot to give me my coffee after 15 minutes I asked them where it was and they apologized
My drink was super watered down
