This Starbucks is very well managed and staffed with friendly folks who take a genuine interest in their customers. One morning I was running late and my mobile order did not go through. The manager remembered me later in the day when I went in and sorted me right out. Then about a week later a partner who works the early am shift also remembered me and apologized and gave me a coupon. It made my day she remembered after a week
I had AMAZING experience in this Starbucks. The lady barista gave some treat to my son because my son was too excited to be there.It was really helpful during my order was ready because I have a another baby with us.Google map says they have Drive-Thule but they do NOT have the one.
Google says there is drive thru.There is not. You have to drive through a gated lot (need to grab a ticket) just to legally get to this location (legally = not entering through the exit only).Nothing too complicated, but a HUGE annoyance after specifically searching for Starbucks with drive-thru
I definitely don’t leave bad reviews, but after todays coffee, my stomach is killing me. I have a headache and feel nauseated. What was in todays coffee?
The batista makes very good drinks here. Super friendly employees.

I got there before 9am on a Saturday morning and only ordered two cups of coffee with two shots of espresso in each. A bunch of people started coming in after me and are getting their orders in 1-2 minutes. Fifteen minutes later and still nothing! I had to ask what the deal was and she poured both orders in front of me in 30 seconds… I was literally sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes and none of the staff took the initiative to ask me if I’d gotten my order yet. Ridiculous.

Tough morning. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:42 am. Not ready until 10:05. Was ready to cancel drink and bagel. My holiday drink not in holiday cup and told wrong pickup location for my in store purchase. 1 was online.
