1st time at this location.A little farther than the one I usually go to.Our favorite is the oreo cookie sonic blast.We had prompt service and everything was clean in the parking lot.
Sonic is awesome but tonight was even better. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and the girl at the window asked if I had tried the non syrup/natural lemonade version and when I said no she gave me a FREE SAMPLE! (I still like the syrup version because it's more sour lol) Great service!
Worst experience ever! The wait was so long we ultimately didn't get to order food! I pushed the button after deciding with my 4 kids what they wanted after 15 minutes. Someone took another 15 minutes to even respond and said they be right with us, and never came back. We just sat there waiting, I gave it sometime before pressing the button again. Maybe another 20 minutes. I pushed the red button again and it took another 10-15 minutes for a response. The girl came back on and said she'd be right with me and I told her she already had promised that and never came back, she said that it was because it was just her and 1 other person. I waited awhile again and she never came back, we ultimately left and went to Taco Bell and Rasing Canes. Another truck was waiting in front of their door and I hee they weren't serving people and she said they had messed up her order.I couldn't believe after being here for over an hour and trying to be as patient as possible, we didn't even get the food we had intended to order. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone nor ever come back. I was a happy paying customer. Not rude or angry and this was the service we got.
Horrible management. Can order online and six cars in drive in will get service first! Just ordered a slush on 1-13-22 and got there to be told slushy machine was broken and I would be refunded. Still charged me! You would think this place would have good service since they do the commercials here. Go to McDonald’s or chick fil a.
Tried their Fritos Chili Cheese Jr. baby burrito. Really liked it. More than I thought I would. Wasn't overflowing with ingredients like on the TV, but the tortilla was (maybe Gringa?) soft, fresh and warm. Just the tortilla alone was good. Had the right amount of filling for me, but others will want more. I usually only go to Sonic for our son, but I enjoyed their Fritos Jr thing so much that I plan to go back soon for more!
The food was good. worker was cool, and from the looks of it he was the only one working. I am giving it 4 stars, not because i had bad service, but for only have one worker. that guy needs a raise or hopfully he's getting payed well.
Times are tough right now and I can understand why our order took so long for only 4 drinks. The staff were working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Just know to be patient or order ahead because they appear to be short staffed right now
Why is this place even open. So so so slow. Ridiculous. Ohh and the food you order is nothing like what it is in the pictures. Or from other sonics. Corporate needs to put this place in check or take away their franchise. Horrible service. If I can give 0 stars I would...
I tried their limited time garlic butter burger. It was tasty but sooooo greasy. But there was garlic butter, meat, and cheese on it so I was asking for it haha. Their classic soft pretzel was awesome and their tots were also delicious. The sides are probably the best items on the menu to get here!
Pulled up excited go try sonic for the first time. Not one in my neighborhood. Pulled up. Pushed the little Red button was told “be right w you” then nothing. Zero. After five minutes of silence I left. Now I’m next door at in n out. Bad first & most likely last visit.
