We went to get some bagels and cream cheese on a Saturday morning. Normal bagels are reasonably priced but 8 oz of normal cream cheese was a bit expensive. There was a line of about 5 people and we got the order in about 15 mins including wait time. Our order was quite simple though. I would suggest folks to order ahead by phone or online and skip the line. Bagels were okay not as good as those kosher bagels that have more crispy crust, soft and chewy inside without the taste of raw flour.
A great variation of bagels! The spectrum of sweet and savory is absolutely tasteful! Having a display window to see how their product is made in house just adds a truly authentic feel to top off the experience. Only negative that I have experienced is getting the Salt Bagel (I love salt) and it was a bit too salty. Besides that, the cream cheese ratio and amount of toastiness is superb.
I love Shirley's. It isn't the fastest because it is so popular, but always worth the wait. Bagels are good and the California sandwich is even better.
All we ordered was two simple toasted bagels and two coffee of the day. It took 25 minutes, had it not been because I went to ask for our order they would've taken longer. The manager never shower her/his face eventho I asked to speak to her/him TWICE. Bagels are not worth the wait or the money. DEFENETLY NOT RECOMENDED.
I must say… that I continue to be impressed. The bagels are so good. They are home made. If you have little ones; they can enjoy watching through the glass partition how they are made. I’ve tried the Lox, the ABC, Pesto Florentine, fresh orange juice, chai, Shirley’s coffee…. Today I ordered on through their website… super convenient.

Best bagels hands down. Been eating Shirley's since I was a kid. Always a great experience. Bagel sandwiches made to order right then and there. Try the Nova Lox sandwich and take a Pizza Bagel or 2 to go!
